Main specifications:
- required in case of change of company/legal entity name, company/legal entity activities and any other provisions of the Articles of Association
- requires a decision of the general meeting of the owners
Purpose: Amendment of the Articles of Association
Registering authority: the Dutch Trade Register (subject to a deed executed by a Dutch notary)
Term of registration: 2-3 working days
Personal presence: Not required
Conditions for registration:
- General meeting of the owners (e.g. shareholders, members) on the change of the Articles of Association
Required documents:
- Passport or European ID card (for all associated persons)
- Proof of residential address not older than 3 months (for all associated natural persons)
- Extract from the Trade Register not older than 3 months (for all associated legal persons)
- Signed Decision on the change of the Articles of Association of the company/legal entity
- Power of attorney (in case of remote registration)
- Signed copy of the deed of amendment of the Articles of Association
