Purpose: Add (appoint) a secretary of a company/legal entity
Main specifications:
- Multiple appointments simultaneously are possible
- Natural and/or legal person may be appointed
- Responsibilities must be clearly defined
Registering authority: the Dutch Trade Register
Term of registration: 2-3 working days
Personal presence: Optional
Conditions for registration:
- The decision of the board of directors to add (appoint) a Secretary
- Secretary – Minimum 1 (maximum – unlimited) natural/legal person of any nationality/jurisdiction
Required documents:
- Passport or European ID card (for all associated persons)
- Proof of residential address not older than 3 months (for all associated natural persons)
- Extract from the Trade Register not older than 3 months (for all associated legal persons)
- Signed Decision on the appointment of the Secretary of the company/legal entity
